Surgical Revascularization of the Dual Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery; A Case Report

چکیده
Although dual left anterior descending arteries are found in about 1% of the population, identification and localization these coronaries remains a challenge for cardiac surgeons throughout coronary artery bypass graft surgery. We present case (LAD) disease highlight techniques used identifying vessels.

A Case Report of Dual Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery Anomaly with Crusade Catheter Intervention
Dual left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) is a rare congenital anomaly. We report a patient presenting with chest tightness, who was subsequently found to have this coronary anomaly via Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT). He underwent staged percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) of the totally occluded long LAD and its diagonal branch (DB) successfully through the radial rou...
متن کاملUnexpected Dual Left Anterior Descending Artery as a Source of Percutaneous Coronary Revascularization Failure
Dual left anterior descending artery (LAD) is rare. A 61-year-old patient was referred because of angina and a positive stress test. Coronary angiography revealed a short LAD originating from the left main coronary artery. Computed tomography showed a long LAD originating above the right coronary artery sinus.
متن کاملCongenItal Anomallous Origin of Left Anterior Descending Artery from RIight Coronary Artery
Congenital anomalies of the coronary arteries have been a known subject since the advent of cardiac angiography, and has been a subject of special interest by both cardiologists and cardiac surgeons, We have tried in this article to present a case of anomalous origin of LAD from RCA (RMT) in a 55 year old lady (Mrs. B.J.) and to completely discuss this subject. It's worthmentioning that thi...
متن کاملA Rare Case of Double Myocardial Bridges of the Left Anterior Descending Artery
Myocardial bridge is a benign congenital anomaly in which a segment of major epicardial coronary arteries descends into the myocardium for a variable distance. Myocardial bridge is most often single and located in the middle part of the left anterior descending artery. The presence of more than one myocardial bridge in coronary arteries is very rare. We present a patient with more than one myoc...
متن کاملtraumatic left anterior descending coronary artery-right ventricle fistula: a case report
traumatic coronary artery-cameral fistulas (tcaf) are rare and may present secondary to penetrating injuries (80%) or iatrogenic traumas. early operative intervention remains the recommended treatment modality for accidental traumatic coronary artery fistulas. we report the case of a 17-year-old man who presented with left anterior descending coronary artery-right ventricle fistula following pe...
